Summary: I have mentioned this many times and reviews for Hotels.com. They’re rating system sucks. This hotel was rated far above what it was. The rooms were in poor condition and dirty. Ghetto part of town and I will never stay there again. I consistently question why I use this site for reservations.

Summary: Room was well maintained. Located cross street from park where there was a farmers market on weekend. Waking distance from number of venues so had good experience. Staff was pleasant.

Summary: Hotel is great, a little older and next to a park with a few unhoused people around. At the time we were there, construction was happening around the surrounding streets, so it made it a little difficult to get to certain places. Staff was very accomodating and friendly. Breakfast is great. Love that it is included with the price as well as parking. Would stay here again.

Summary: Great location to different sites around downtown Salt Lake City. Nice park across the street. They had a good breakfast each morning. Friendly at the front desk.
